Luke, dukes cleaning services, has always provided excellent, professional services over the 8 or more years that he has worked at the keephatch house development of 35 apartments in wokingham where i am a voluntary director overseeing various contractors having established an office interiors/refurbishment company 30 years ago. luke is always positive, enthusiastic, informative and sees every project through to a very high standard. luke communicates very well and explains requirements for any present or upcoming potential issues and provides video footage so that problems/faults can be realised and then advise what action should be taken along with time frame guidance. i have recommended luke to the john mortimer/encore property management group who have used luke. dukes, on multiple sites. i enjoy working with luke and other contractors, we all know the quality that needs to be achieved, equally these guys suggest if there may be a different, more efficient way of fulfilling the task proposed.
