Fantastic gym! not your standard, faceless, dumbbell, crunches place. this is about classes with kettle bells and bulgarian bags (i didn't know what they were either!) that have made me stronger and fitter than i have ever been, in less time than i could have imagined. really good team, very interested in making a difference to everyone. fabulous.
