Ace energy have been great in an emergency call out for a leak in our bathroom. ashley was professional and kept us updated with what he was doing whilst trying to find the leak. another member of the ace team came to our property for a second call out and they were brilliant too. would highly recommend.

First class service from start to finish! broken down boiler leaving me with no heating or hot water. as the company are open 7 days a week, i was able to call the office on a sunday to arrange for an engineer to call as soon as possible. initially the engineer wasn't able to fix the boiler as a part had to be ordered, however, part was sourced locally and engineer returned same afternoon to fix the problem. so grateful to them and would recommend ace energy without hesitation.

Dan was fantastic. he was very professional and trustworthy and worked tirelessly to install our new water tank before the bank holiday began. i would highly recommend ace energy!

Ace were very responsive and able to schedule an appointment for the following day to investigate a new leak that appeared. within the hour, they'd sourced the issue and provided a resolution, which was scheduled for the following day. quick, responsive and friendly plumbers - i'll definitely be calling for any future plumbing needs i have!

I have used ace for a number of years for my annual heating service. they have mainted the boiler in good condition, letting me know if parts are in need of replacement now or just something to keep an eye on. they have serviced my magnetic heating cleaner as well as the boiler and been clean, tidy, quiet and professional throughout. i recently had them out to repair the inlet mechanism on my toilet. cracking job, left it better than when it was new. i love that you can book appointments online, attach pictures to your job in advance so they have the right parts on the van, and i love how good the communication is about appointments. email reminders in advance, and a text alert when the engineer is half an hour away. plumbers that turn up on time, do a great job and are reasonably priced - what more could you ask for!
