I booked some last minute treatments for me and my wife as part of a weekend break in bath. beatrice at the duchess was very friendly and accommodating and stayed open late to fit our treatments in. both me (60 minute massage) and my wife (bee sting facial) agreed that they were the best treatments of the kind we have had and that beatrice’s personal touch and intuition make for a relaxing and fulfilling experience. highly recommend.

After going from beauty spa to beauty spa, i have finally found one i absolutely adore. beatrice and her team specialise in skin care, and that's what sets their waxing treatments apart from other spas. beatrice and bianka quickly made me feel comfortable on each of my visits. they really took their time and care so that the results were truly the best i have experienced so far. so glad i found beatrice and her amazing team at the duchess!
