I made a request to call before delivery as I'm often working away, and this is exactly what they did - ensuring I would get the delivery on the right day. The bike arrived exactly on time - in the most secure packaging I've ever come across. It has performed faultlessly since, and even post-sale I had a couple of technical questions which were answered straight away in great detail.
