Trek Bicycle Bath

It's worth considering that the staff knew up front I wasn't going to be spending anything on the day. Staff were kind, well informed and balanced while guiding me through product options. My current ride is less that 2 years old and apart from needing a good clean perfectly fine. I needed a replacement helmet, additional lights etc and some other equipment. Best customer service I've had in a few years! If you are looking for a car or cycling gear go here first - you may not need the car after all and you'll probably get treated better here.

I have to say what a great customer experience from Trek Bath..had issues with my Trek Domane seat post and brakes just before a major event and they have sorted everything straight away. Such a friendly and thorough team..couldn't be more helpful from the moment I phoned. They were happy to fix things on the spot as I had to travel quite far to see them. Thoroughly recommend them for any bike..mechanics are excellent, prices are reasonable and the coffee and chat even better thanks again team Trek

The nicest staff. I came in with paniers, no clue how to fit them dripping from the rain, and off on a cycling holiday the next day. The staff were incredibly kind and fixed them to my bike up free of charge ! Definitely recommend.

I am not a serious cyclist and have an e-bike, (bought elsewhere regrettably!), for getting around town and to work. I use Trek for servicing and help when I have a puncture or need the brakes tightened. They are always friendly and welcoming and know me by name. Ian and his colleagues in the workshop are always ready to help and I never feel daft for bringing them even the smallest issue. They are passionate about bikes and cycling and happy to share advice and great ideas along with a good cup of coffee. It's fab to see this level of customer service still exists, thank you!

Had fantastic customer service with Trek. I can't recommend them enough. All the staff were friendly and really knowledgeable about all their bikes and helped me work out the best option for me. The bike is super and a pure joy to ride. They knew all the ins and outs of child seat and rack options and looked into it more for me and spent time explaining it all to me. They helped me after my bike was stolen and were so patient with giving me advice on locks and insurance. And a welcoming coffee and chill out area while you watch how they're fixing the bike. Love this place!!
