I am so grateful to everything it for all their support. from initial advice, all the way through to installation and aftercare - the whole team have been amazing. i have used everything it for both business and personal it needs - from wifi issues, back up solutions to a completely new pc. the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. everything it has provided unmatchable customer service with a tremendous quality of service that has resulted in fantastic benefits to my business. i have peace of mind knowing there is a team of experts behind me, guaranteeing high levels of service and solutions that give my business a competitive edge. everything it have also repaired my sons pc, which i was sure would be unrepairable – not only did they fix it but they vastly improved it. i can assure you that you will not find a more reliable, honest and trustworthy company for all of your it needs.

Crikey, i was overwhelmed with fantastic support earlier today from mark for good frank and honest advice on whether or not to update my storage. i took up quite a lot of his time and he actually talked me out of going ahead, rather than to consider working with what i've got and in the not-too-distant future purchasing a new lap top. it's not often you get treated in such a courteous and friendly manner particularly when there was nothing financially to be gained for the company. Everything it have provided the it support for our local charity for over ten years. in the last year i have liaised with mark and the team on a number of things, and have always found them so helpful and efficient. mark always has the time to explain technical details, and goes above and beyond in his support for our work. 5 stars is well deserved.

I was pointed in the direction of everything it by my university when my laptop was having hardware issues and they were unable to help. after a brief but incredibly useful call with mark, he was able to point me in the direction of a few good laptop replacements as well as giving me advice about how i could potentially repair my current laptop. this advice worked! thank you to mark for taking the time to help me for absolutely no cost! i highly recommend everything it and can safely say i have found my go-to it support for the rest of my time in bath :)

Amazing service - beginning to end mark could not have been more helpful or kind sorting my sons pc out. kept me up to date every step of the way and really fair and honestly priced. highly recommend and i will definitely use them again!!
