Over the course of about half a year, I corresponded with Mail Boxes Etc. from the United States about shipping items from Bath to various places in the USA. They responded to my inquiries courteously, helpfully, and patiently. The first shipment I asked them to send consisted of a hand-painted set of Minton china (service for 12 along with platters, tureens, tea pots, a gravy boat, coffee cups, and more), other delicate items, and a large rug. The value of these things was dearly sentimental and, happily, everything arrived in perfect condition. The second shipment consisted of a dozen paintings, including portraits of my mother and my grandmother—so again the sentimental value was very high—and, again, everything arrived at multiple destinations in perfect condition. The cost was very good value, excellent value in fact, compared to other shippers that I contacted. The people at MBE were terrific to work with and the process was easy. MBE even took care of the customs paperwork. Most importantly, everything they shipped for my family arrived safely. Highly recommended.
