Working away i googled laundromats near me. After seeing the reviews I was slightly sceptical but it also gave me an idea of what to expect, I got my own powder from the co-op less than a minutes walk up the road which also provided me with the change I needed for my wash and dry, after buying some powder I got to the laundrette and although the machines where slightly dated I was surprised to see that the place was actually very clean and the lady on shift that day was very helpful and friendly, she told me a wash takes 30 mins and then a dry takes the same time. After a quick and pleasant chat I paid for a wash then visited the pub directly across the road to wait. In all it was an easy stress free experience that took roughly and hour . il be sure to visit again if not for everything you actually need from a laundrette but to also see that warming , welcoming smile from the lady on shift that day. 5* from me :) thanks

Traveled from the US. You can do your laundry yourself or have it done for you. Charlette did a great job. Trustworthy and fast. Great spot and location couldn't be better. The locals that I met there doing their laundry were so helpful that they even called her local number for me so that I could keep in contact with her since I couldn't call out from my phone.

A convenient self-service laundry just minutes from the Bath train station. There are four regular sized washing machines, three large machines and four large dryers (one was out of order). It's a small, well used space. Not dirty but also not exceptionally clean. No vending machines for detergent or for making change - so come prepared. On our visit, there was an open box of detergent that we used but I don't know if it's always there. It would be nice if there were instructions and costs for each machine along with approximate times for a wash cycle.
