Service was spot on. The communication from Glen before he arrived was great - including questions to get ahead of the issue before he got here - and then he was professional and efficient in carrying out the repair while he was here. And all from having only contacted him the day before. Very impressed and would definitely use again.

Contacted the company on a Sunday, and had a response booking me in for repair on the Monday! Turned up punctually, the problem was identified and repaired straight away. Excellent service and will 100% use again and recommend.

Glen gave advice immediately over the phone late on a Friday following a leak developing from a dishwasher hose and came over a swapped in a replacement hose. Job done in under 10 minutes. Incredibly rare to find this level of service and I would recommend unreservedly. Thank you for your help.

Our AEG drier has broken, and Glen was absolutely brilliant. Another company had already looked at it and said they couldn’t repair it - Glen came out the next day and replaced the heating element there and then. Top service, fair price, quality work. Thanks!

Glen called very quickly after I contacted Washco. We had a chat about the problem with my old washing machine and arranged an appointment. He came as promised and replaced worn brushes. It's up and running again for a very reasonable cost. Brilliant, reliable service.
