Kate and her team, Tabitha, Gemma and Dave have been simply excellent from start to finish. We wished to buy as quickly as possible and initial viewing to completion took a little over 5 weeks. This speed of transaction speaks volumes of the level of service received from Kate and team. It has only been possible because they were on top of the process, responded quickly to queries and took the initiative. RWK Goodman were on the higher price side from the estimates we received, but given the speed and smoothness of transaction and the high level of service, we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend RWK's conveyancing department in Bath to anyone. Living in Yorkshire and having to sell my mother's house in Bath was inevitably going to be difficult. However Caroline and Samantha were incredibly professional, efficient and accommodating throughout the whole process. Their costs were more than reasonable and they were always willing to push things forward whenever requested (not something I expected!)
