Matt and Lucy sold our family home in March 21. I can honestly say that they were exceptional. We could have gone with one of the big names in Bath as it was a higher value property but we had known Matt and Lucy in their previous companies and felt that they genuinely wanted to sell it for us. The decision was proved right very quickly - they were both always at the end of the phone and it was always one of the 2 of them who did the viewings. This made a big difference as they had taken the time to learn everything about the house and village which came through when they were showing people around.
