OKA Bath

One of the best shops in Bath a little expensive but I treat our home to their lovely accessories

I went into the store today, the staff were fab. When I was paying I left another store bag in there. When I realised and panicked, I rushed back, the lovely lady recognised me immediately and said they had my bag. She had tried to see if they had my details to contact me. The service was above and beyond, many thanks, excellent service.
