Traveled from Exmouth Devon, to visit my favourite furniture store having shopped there many times in the past, especially the clearance sale I purchased a superb Terran Truffle sofa.With the help of Ben and Caroline who found two California matching chairs plus an Taurus Lamp Table. These items here delivered on time 8.30 AM by Steve and Ben who were most helpful .I’m delighted with the service Thank you all at TR Hayes.

Excellent selection in all categories. High quality furniture made with great materials. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. You also get the pleasure of exploring the mazy old buildings joined together into the complex site. Also has the advantage of customer parking.

Bought quality furniture from Hayes nearly 50 years ago and my family brought me up on TRHayes and would not look anywhere else with knowledge that we always get quality and great service at a good price. My wife and I returned to Bath and purchased a flat last year after spending 38 years in South Africa. We contacted Hayes and asked them if they could furnish our refurbished flat. Well, the rest is history. I arranged for Mark O Grady to have the keys .He called us in South Africa and organised all furnishings with minimal interference from us. We arrived last week to a real Wow ! Mark didn't do everything but he certainly co-ordinated an amazing outcome. When we arrived at the show room we were greeted by very professional, friendly staff. We had a good look around at the sofas with no pressure from any of the staff. Julia was very helpful indeed. Talked us through the sale, everything went very smoothly. Good customer service. Our sofa and chair was delivered by Kris and Paul who were professional, friendly and very helpful indeed. We are very happy with the high quality of the furniture. We would definitely recommend them.
