Lansdown Golf Club

Great course for Society day out. In good condition, fairly generous fairways. But also some tough holes. All the par 3s are challenging and a couple of very long par 4s. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pro shop and general manager were very helpful in arranging our days at the course . Plus great food. What more could you ask for.

This was a visit for lunch...no golf played. Lunch options were typical golf club fare..scampi, fish and chips, burger etc. and cooked nicely and presented and served well. Only downside was the open doors and chilly 'draft' coming through, tolerable but noticeable. Regards golf, I've played there a few times and always enjoyed my round. The course is challenging and the location gives fantastic scenery and views toward the Severn.

Nice course. Lots of great views along the way. Club has lots of history. Made welcome on a society day out. Good food and service. 👍🙂
