We have used cross for garden maintenance of various types over the last four years, mainly grass cuts, and have always been very happy with the standard of the work, the reasonable pricing and above all the reliability. we have had several other firms let us down at various points over the years, but cross have never disappointed, especially this year during lockdown.
Cross property gave a highly competitive quote for the work that needed doing on my rental property and were able to commence quickly. they were also very good at communicating and kept in touch regularly. the sealant on the bathroom floor and around the bath wasn't very good at all but, after speaking to the office manager who did offer to rectify the issue and has offered a complimentary sealant of floor i would also say the level of customer service is good. i just wish the floor hadn't been botched.
