DoubleTree by Hilton Bath

We brought our friends visiting from the usa here to stay so we could do a good tour of bath. the staff was particularly helpfull and informative. our rooms were ready upon arrival and van made some great suggestions for our walk about and where to find good restaurants. he was very cheerful and informative during our stay as well and all of our needs were met. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. they offered lovely shampoo, conditioner, and body cream. we will definitely recommend for proximity as well, with loads of sights, restaurants, cafes, museums all within walking distance. well done hilton garden inn.

Great location. pleasant staff. i found the hotel overall to be bland. there were some cleanliness issues in the room, but saying that the overall standard of cleanliness was high. i had a superior room which was very standard for the price. it is a good place to stay for access to the city but not a good place to stay to enjoy the hotel. the decor in the lobby was ok in places and i like the style they are attempting, it just felt like it is unfinished. the outlook across the road from the front if the hotel is really quite dingy. there was quite a lot on offer for breakfast but lacking in quality, like all buffet breakfasts it has all been sat there under lamps for a while. very disappointing vegan options. this is a great option if you are in bath on business but won't be staying here again for a weekend break.

We loved our stay there. their superior room was spacious and accommodated our family of 4. their customer service and the hotel cleanliness is top notch. the location of the hotel was very convenient and close to everywhere u wanna go in bath.
