Excellent service been received from Auxillis. The claim has been processed within a month from the date of accident happened without any hassle for me. Everything was been updated promplty via their web portal or emails. They have provided me with an excellent hire car till my claim was processed. I loved their service in dealing with third-party in processing my claim and providing me an hire car.

I used Auxillis Services with the help of the insurance company. They acted very quickly by providing a car for us after an accident. And also they eased the whole process of completing the paperwork. The car was maintained and in a very good condition. We were happy with their service.

Car delivered as HP timely, however there was damage to the car that wasn't noted on paperwork that I was worried I would get charged for. It would seem they don't ask you to sign when receiving which has its positives and negatives. I had to call twice to get car collected after 1st time no one turned up. However the people answering phones were always polite and helpful and the man that collected the car just was great and reassuring about the damage already on car when we had it delivered. So a mixed bag, not perfect but some good aspects as well.

Even with the shortage of hire cars, I had a call and a hire car was arranged within 24 hours. Delivered to an address of my choice, the vehicle only had 805 miles on it, paperwork was completed with ease and I knew who to contact if I had an issues. Car drove beautifully and matched my requirements. Collected with no issues from a different address. Thank you for a smooth service.
