My wife and I visited Goldsmiths in Bath to buy a replacement wedding ring for myself. We were served by Marcela who was a delight to have looking after us and provided us with refreshments whilst helping to navigate the wide range of choice. Marcela was excellent at explaining the various metal types, shapes, finishes and sizes and allowing me to try on a number of alternative rings. After settling on one, she went above and beyond to explain the purchase and the benefits of taking out an insurance policy for the rings protection, resulting in a smooth hassle free transaction. Marcela made the purchase a very special experience and one we will cherish for a longtime! A really big special thank you to Marcela!

Marcela the lovely very very helpful lady in the bath branch today assisted us with the purchase of a TAG Heur ladies watch. She was very helpful and not at all pushy and let us sit and think about it for a while. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely go there again. She is a great asset to your company.
