Due to the store not supplying the correct amount of underlay, I had to go to the store 3 times to get the right amount and ended up having to pay a carpet fitter twice as a result. The store manager was particularly unhelpful and told me it this was my fault for not physically rolling out the underlay in store and measuring it myself (has anyone ever seen anyone do this?). The store managers view is that as a customer you can't trust them to get it right. With that being the attitude of the person running the store don't expect to buy from them without any problems or expect them to be helpful in fixing any problems. Use them if you're willing to run around fixing their mistakes and be left carrying the bill of any extra cost. From this experience, I will be going elsewhere in future.

Warning, AVOID until new management. After reading the reviews below, our experience has been very similar to others. Incorrect pricing which caused suprise charges to be added, massive delays (months) of waiting. We were advised varying fitting dates which were cancelled, which we only found out of after we called to chase! Communication has been shockingly bad and the customer service (whilst friendly in store) has been appalling. After we started to complain, we were called by a manager from another store (Leah, Cheltenham store) who managed to correct some of their booking mistakes. Without her I have no idea what state we would be in. We are in the process of writing a formal complaint to the head office and advise anyone who thinks the reviews are not accurate, to take our warning seriously.

DON'T BUY FROM CARPET RIGHT BATH - SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE Fitters arrived with sizing of carpet wrong and could not fit it. absolutely unbelievable customer service. lost count of the times they got my order wrong. Am now trying to get a refund but .... of course no reply either to my emails or messages. Despite being told they will respond within 72 hours. been 9 days now! Have not had one successful dialogue from the very first moment I stepped in the store. My fault for thinking it could only get better.... it doesn't it just gets worse!

We had a really posivite experience with the store in Longwell Green. Colin was very knowledgable and friendly and we made our decision quickly and easily. Good chat about kids and what carpets work best with them around. We've been booked in for fitting in 4 weeks time so hopefully that experience will be positive as well.

Absolutely the most appalling customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our flooring arrived a month late after it was wrongly sent to Cardiff and nobody could be bothered to go and collect it or have it sent to the correct address, it was even suggested we drive ourselves to collect it! As a result we’ve been without a bathroom for a whole extra month of our renovation as the flooring is holding the whole thing up. We’ve been offered a paltry £50 compensation for this hold up but whether we will ever see it is looking doubtful, I’ve almost given up chasing. A truly, bl00dy useless company. I honestly think a small child could do a better job at running a business. I wish I’d read the online reviews for this place beforehand as I might have shopped elsewhere or at least had my expectations managed!! Seriously, save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere. I’m only giving this place 1 star as there is no option to leave 0 stars.
