We went to the store today and were very impressed by Tim. He was so knowledgable and helpful - we got everything we needed from our visit and when we phoned up with some additional questions, he was incredible - helping us with a minor website glitch so we were able to place our order same day with no hassle. 5 stars for Tim!

Really great staff helped me work out what I wanted. The sofa was ready to be delivered within a few weeks but I wasn't so they kindly let me delay it by a few months. It is a fabulous sofa, stylish, well made and looks wonderful in my house (particularly once I have unpacked). Really pleased ;)))
