I don't usually bother with reviews but these guys deserve one. When I initially called Direct2Compensation I was worried and very uneasy about making a claim. I'd had a nasty accident at my work and I was left badly injured - I am still suffering now due to my injuries almost 18 months on. However, because I liked my boss and colleagues immensely, I was really unsure about putting them through the hassle of my claim. I was so pleased to speak to Ian at Direct2Compensation though. He immediately made me feel comfortable and when we discussed my accident, the injuries I had suffered and how they affected me and would continue to affect me, he reassured me that the law surrounding compensation for accidents at work is there to help people like me. He explained that my employer wouldn't directly be affected by my claim and this has transpired to be the case. Ian was so helpful and even took the time out to visit me in person to go through the claim paperwork and made sure that I was happy with the way the No Win No Fee agreement worked. He then linked me with a really great Solicitor who has been so helpful to me. I am delighted to say that I have now received a large interim compensation payment and the full valuation of my claim will follow later this year when my most recent surgery recovery has ended. Direct2Compensation are a small firm but they have acted greatly for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their Solicitors to anyone who is in the situation I was in 18 months ago.
