Tortilla Bath

So, food great. 😋 Fresh, juicy and on point, I enjoyed a lot 👉 👈 However I think You have to work on your employees, not all of them 😊. The female part wasn't really pleasant and happy to serve us. I didn't feel comfortable. That is why one star less. The male part was really nice, specially manager. He asked if food was good, he was really patient with other customers and he clearly explained everything to them. Good job for that. ❤️

The food was tasty, and the staff was overall friendly! Unfortunately, for a quick service restaurant, it was painfully slow to get 3 ingredient nachos. Most of the food on the line looked fairly tired but luckily we didn't get sick. The first night we tried to eat there (about 19:00) It took almost 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged only to be told they were out of cheese sauce and there wouldn't be any more for the evening because they close at 19:30. So we went back the following day at 18:30. Overall, we may try again as the over flavors reminded us of home .

Although it reminds me of a Mexican subway. I'd still rather eat here than subway any day of the week. The beef is really nice. And the service is always with a smile.. tables are always available, every time we've been.

Really nice restaurant! Friendly stuff who gave us good advice on what to try. Had a nice talks with them too! The food was absolutely delicious and the dining space was cute designed with old school chairs and and vintage furniture.

A lovely little Mexican restaurant chain to stop by at any day. Tortilla has always been the perfect take out spot. This was my first time visiting Bath and had quite a hard time finding a place to eat. There was a slight wait but nothing too long. I ordered myself a large burrito which was super tasty! Authentic ingredients and the price is right - plenty of flavour in the rice and incredibly filling. The interior is well decorated with some nice music to dine in to. The staff were so friendly, and provide service at a superb standard. Overall, I’d recommend this lovely chain! 🌯
