O2 Shop Bath

In need of a complicated reconfiguration of my Samsung S7 pad, I was fortunate this day to engage with Ben, dressed in snazzy O2 embroidered denim shirt. Sartorial elegance aside, he sorted out the issues I had with the device quickly and efficiently - and was informative while so doing. It runs like a well oiled machine, does this outlet - when it opens. Full marks today though.

Very helpful. My mobile has been out of contact of quite a while. Came out with a new phone (all set up and ready to use) and a tablet. All for more or less same as I was already paying.

Ariti ( I cant recall the spelling ) but the young lady, was super helpful and patient with our request. I hope she gets recognised or rewarded when this review gets noticed by someone higher up in the store... She was/is, kind, warming, and highly welcoming with great internal as well as external knowledge within the store

The young lady in the Bath shop this morning was really helpfull, she couldn't be more supportive in trying to help with my mother's lost phone. She is a credit to 02 and they should be proud to have such a kind and nice person working for them. I think her name was Rommy. Thank you again for your help.
