So had to visit Vodafone Bath branch to get help with are account and Colin the guy who assisted us was a 5 Star Server😇 very informative & extremely helpful!!!

Thank goodness Vodafone still have shops and humans in them. Colin was a great help and sorted us out, gets 11 out of 10. Which is more than can be said for the phone and online services. Phone kept saying could deal with me and either cutting me off or sending me to website. Website just didn't work. As a business customer for over 25 years I would expect a better service. Thank goodness for Colin 👍.

Popped into the store to get advice about travelling abroad with my Vodafone account. The man was super helpful and checked my account and confirmed all was OK and explained everything I needed to know. Lovely spacious store with friendly, helpful staff.
