Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bath

Good eye test and very helpful lady advising on frame type and sizing. You csn get similar quality glasses cheaper

I missed an Eye appoitment due to being admitted to hospital and not aware of what day it was or anything. I recieved a email from specsavers but this was written in such a horrible customer experience style such as they said "We are also booking 5 weeks in advance, with a 4 page-long cancellation list, therefore if you had notified us we could have fit another customer in to your appointment." I wasn't aware of this until I woke up when I was at home again.

Thank you to Specsavers Bath for fixing my glasses while I waited.  I know you were busy, but with no spare pair you really helped me out!  My whole family have been impressed by the thorough care the team provide here and now we will definitely be back!

Lovely staff and so helpful! Lee was so wonderfully understanding and offered so much advice and even helped me choose glasses when I couldn’t pick between 3! Talked me through everything and how to save a bit of money. Such a lovely helpful staff member at the Bath store ! :) thanks Lee !

My recent visit to Specsavers in Bath was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was put very much at ease by the optometrist who dealt with my eye examination, so I am very grateful for that.
