Vision Express Opticians - Bath

I needed an urgent eye test last week and was accommodated straight away, even though no tests were available. Received first class service. Thank you so much to the lady optometrist and all staff. I've used Vision Express in Bath for many years and would never go elsewhere.

The Irish gentleman optician was excellent , professional , good at explaining 100%.The sales staff are more concerned with racking up the price of the order. You are paying for their prime shop and heating bill (door is open in freezing weather). Just to add 6 years ago Vision Express saw me as an emergency case immediately and referred me to hospital. I am very grateful for that.

Very happy with the customer service and the quality my new glasses are at. The optician I saw seemed very knowledgeable and capable. I was advised my lenses would take up to 4 weeks to come in and expressed some concern about upcoming exams. The new glasses took less than 2 weeks to come in the end. I appreciated tracking update details I got emailed too. I was happy with the costs. I felt that COVID-19 measures were respected.

Exemplary service & professionalism Having had another poor experience at a competitor of Vision Express, the Bath branch was highly recommended by several friends. From the initial visit to look at frames & booking the test, to the health check & finally the test, nothing but exemplary service from start to finish. I was unsatisfied by my previous test at the competition & decided not to buy glasses from them. I’m glad I didn’t. When Shabina had finished, it was like seeing in 4k. She even kindly replicated what the other optician had prescribed & it was worlds apart. I couldn’t recommend Vision Express Bath more

Thank you Lesley and Ivan at the Bath store I have only ever had professional and exceptional kindness when I have visited Vision express Bath from all members of staff there. However, I want to thank lesley and Ivan who went above and beyond to help me with my broken glasses on Friday.
