In all honesty 5 stars just isn't enough! dealing with a long term injury as well as dealing with an injury claim is one of the hardest things i've done. unfortunately we didn't find paul until 18months into the process and i was ready to give up. i can not even express how life changing he has been for us. he took 95% of the weight off us and onto himself. he only ever bothers us if it's really needed and keeps everything as simple as possible. now that's the professional side. paul is our 3rd solicitor and is one of a kind, because he truely cares, this isn't just a job to him, he genuinely wants to make people's lives better and more functional. i have been to hell an back these past 7 months and he's been there every step of the way, no matter the time of day... he has helped practically and emotionally, that's priceless. i owe so much to them. although i'm yet to meet anne i know she is also instrumental in our case too and i do hope to meet her in the future. they make one hell of a team and a force to be reckoned with. trust me when i say giving f t chrinic pain solicitors a chance, will be the best decision you could make....
Paul is the one of the nicest, most friendliest people you could wish to meet and as a solicitor he is top of the class. he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the outcome you deserve, you are never just a client to paul he really cares about you and understand the stress and discomfort you are going through, he will make sure get you the best treatment and often phones or emails to see how you are doing. paul will update you regularly on how your case is going and is also always there if you need him. if you are looking for a solicitor i can not recommend paul enough, he will never give up on you and fights to the end. i could not be more greatful for all that paul has done for me and 5 stars will never be enough. fiona
I came into contact with paul turner when my injuries compensation claim was transferred to chronic pain ltd. i had an accident in a supermarket in may 2019. the defendant had admitted liability and paul patiently helped me produce detailed lists of my lifestyle before my accident, its impact on my physical and mental health following my first, then second operation and how i am now, with 30% less mobility and ongoing therapy for ptsd and depression. paul was patient and caring; he has a quiet unassuming manner, is without arrogance and his experience enabled him to offer me sound advice at every step and, after offer and counter claim in feb 22, we reached the compensation figure i was more than happy to accept. paul turner is experienced, approachable and patient and is an outstanding solicitor. i will be forever grateful that my case was transferred to his desk.
From my first meeting with paul, he made me feel very at ease and relaxed. he went through the whole process clearly and professionally and kept me informed at every step of my claim. he was happy to answer any questions i had. i really can't thank paul enough for helping me win my case and would have no hesitation in recommending him. thankyou again paul. sarah bell
I moved to ft chronic pain solicitors after i became unhappy with my previous representation. the move was simple and easy to do, paul kept me in the loop the whole process. paul and i crossed paths after paul commented on one of my posts on a crps forum because it was all new to me and i was so lost, in pain and wanted answers. my previous legal team had no idea. his words were give me 15 minutes of your time and i guarantee i’ll change your life, fast forward 4 and a half year and i’ve now settled my case for a substantial amount that should really help secure my future. it’s been a bumpy road and a difficult one at that but paul and anne have been by my side the whole way. they’ve secured interim payments to help with my mortgage and gain treatment along with money to cover respite. over time, we’ve become friends, there was nothing transactional about my case, paul and anne got to know me. i think getting to know the person makes it way more special and personal. i can’t thank you for what you’ve done for me and probably what you’ll continue to do in the future. to anyone who’s thinking of changing representation, or needs legal representation - go with ft chronic pain…. you’ll not regret it. (they’ll have your best interests at heart, your a person not a number to them) thanks again for all you’ve done for me and my family, andy
