Matt has been brilliant over the last couple of days where I've had a horrible issue with an infestation of flies which was actually a dead rat behind my cupboard 🤮. Although he couldn't get to me immediately, he offered lots of reassurance over the phone, and gave me lots of advice on how to deal with it myself including how to access behind my cupboards. Easy for some, but not for me! The culprit was found and laid to rest (!), flies gone and what I expected to cost me hundreds, didn't thanks to the professionalism and kindness of Matt. Matt was on time and very professional. Cleared up the wasp issue in the attic very quickly and even got rid of a dead bird that we had no idea about. He also managed to find the access point that the wasps were using to get inside and fitted a mesh that allows the roof to breathe but stops wasps and other creatures from getting in. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Living in a terrace we had been prone to getting some visitors from time to time and the rodents seemed to be making a home for themselves beneath our kitchen cabinets this time round. Having tried some humane traps and electronic frequency devices (both failed attempts), we feared that as we were due to go on holiday for 2 weeks, our house would not be ours when we returned. We reached out to PGH Beegone Pest Control who responded to us immediately and we booked in a 3 stage rodent treatment for the next day. Meeting Matt and with the 1st stage complete, we knew our home would be in good hands and managed to have a fantastic holiday that had been months in the making. Matt kindly kept us updated whilst we were away and on our return, heard nothing of the rodents. We were really impressed with the way Matt had proofed our house with complete respect for the property and am really relieved to now be rodent free! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Matt provided the best service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanations. We were arranging a variety of pest control services from afar and Matt made it incredibly easy, keeping us informed every step of the way. I spotted some wasp activity in our roof area leading into our loft and called PGH who sent a technician on the same day. Matt was very personable and methodical in his approach to dealing with the problem. At no point did I feel he was keeping his eye on the clock. Whilst on site Matt actively assessed the situation throughout as the wasps reacted to his treatments. Matt was very happy to explain the process and I welcomed his advice regarding how to manage the nest area as and when I next return to our loft. Recommended.
