I found a wasps nest in a bathroom extractor fan and did a panic Google search. Carl answered the phone at 7.30am, he was reasonably priced compared to other companies that I called. He was able to visit at a time that suited me - he was even early! Carl was friendly, professional and super efficient. I would highly recommend him.

Wow that was fast. Had a very large wasps nest in my shed by the back door. Carl came within the hour and took care of it quickly. Nest is gone and the few remaining wasps should go within a day. Very glad he came when he did as it was getting large and was packed with grubs. Put up with my annoying questions too. What an ace chap, thanks!

Carl was well equipped to deal with the problem, clearly understood his field and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The wasp problem was resolved with one visit, with an assurance of any wasp that had not been removed or where out of the nest at removal time would be dealt with straight away via a simple phone call (none was needed the nest was emptied).
