I went to Adey with a repeat injury which no one I saw seemed to be able fix!!! After treatment with Adey, I have genuinely never felt better. He is friendly but professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. I cannot recommend Adey enough.

I had an appointment with Adey regarding on-going neck and shoulder pain and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He spent considerable time to fully understand my condition before providing on the spot treatment which helped the pain enormously before recommending a series of exercises that have helped considerably since. Having heard excellent things about this establishment from a friend, I made an appointment with one of the physios there (Adey) in relation to an ongoing shoulder issue that has plagued me for years. I was offered a range of timeslots - all at short notice - and found Adey to be friendly, helpful and understanding. Not only did he help me on the day with a fun, intensive hour of physiotherapy, he sent me away with a wide array of new exercises and stretches that have noticeably reduced my day-to-day discomfort. Would recommend this practice to anyone!

I genuinely cannot recommend Adey enough - after suffering from a long-term ACL injury playing Rugby i was able to receive the help and support I've needed for a long time. Adey went above and beyond to fit me in and it was clear for me to see how passionate and experienced he was by the time and attention I received- highly recommend the whole team.
