Dough

Would have the be the best gluten free pizza base i have ever had. topped with a margarita topping. delicious 😋😋 staff very aware of coeliac and other allergies

We researched pizza places in bath and dough kept coming up; this was confirmed by a barman and we’re so glad that this was open on mondays (when little else seemed to be at the start of february). we thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas, which were among the best we’ve had outside italy. we also liked the service, the wine and the limoncellos afterwards. they have lots of choice of bases, inc. gf. recommended.

Absolutely amazing dough - gluten free and otherwise. never been anywhere like it. the gluten free option is cross contamination / coeliac safe as well. our 3 year old devoured her pizza as well (which was free with an adult pizza… bonus!). this is the second dough venue (first is in the corridor) and was less busy so able to seat us for lunch in half term without a reservation. will be back to try more of their different ‘dough’ (bases)!

We had an amazing lunch at dough when we visited bath the pizza was cooked fresh and you could choose from a range of dough including gluten free options and ones that had health benefits ie. tumeric and hemp. the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. the burrata starter was delicious and the seafood pizza was great too. very reasonable prices i definitely recommend visiting if you are in bath.

Really enjoyed lunch here today. had a beautiful mediterranean pizza with capers, olives, tuna and cherry tomatoes. good base, lovely moist chewy crust. the margarita was good too! would like to come back for cocktails some night. if you're wanting good pizza in bath you're spoilt for choice, but this is definitely one of the good places to go in the city.
