Beautiful park, on the outskirts of Bath. I'm sure that quite a few period dramas were filmed here as this is the quintessential 'English' scenery. I've hiked from Bath to the park, approximately a 25-minute walk. I absolutely loved this park and am definitely recommending a visit. It's not free but totally worth it.

Haven’t visited here for years. Lovely setting but no parking available. We parked 15 minutes away but it’s all uphill back to your car. The walk around the grounds are lovely but it is very steep but don’t let this put you off. The architecture is stunning. Hot drink cabin is at the top of the walk, not much plant life this time of year. Toilets are located at the top and bottom of the walk.

Fabulous walk through the park with views over Bath the lake and bridge. Pretty woodland with snowdrops in bloom. We stopped for a coffee and cream tea at the cafe. Coffee was lovely scones bit hard £6.55 for a cream tea. There are a number of benches by cafe, plus lots of benches all around the park. I would definitely like to visit again when there are leaves on the trees and summer flowers in bloom. The park is dog friendly, there is a woodland play area for children. Some areas are steep and nt suitable for pushchairs or people with mobility issues. There are toilets if needed. However ; there is no parking here (except disabled spaces which are limited) so planning is needed as parking is quite a distance away.

Despite the lack of an on-site car park, and a few steep hills, this was well worth finding some local street parking and the short walk to the entrance. Super little cafe with waterfall and great selections at reasonable prices. Excellent views from all around the paths, especially of Bath and also the House above. Work around the lower lake has added much to the look and feel. Have added this to our “visit when in Bath” list!! ❤️❤️

Wow what a fabulous landscape garden! First thing to say is that there is no onside parking apart from people with restricted mobility or blue badge holders. Parking available in town centre. There's a little takeaway cafe at the top near the entrance including toilet facilities. Also more toilets at the bottom of the hill, they are not marked on the paper map! The views are incredible and they change as you walk around the garden. It's about 2 miles if you do the whole walk. A steep climb back up but it's broken up as you go up. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming!
