Margaret and I have been delighted to work with Sarah Dukakis and her team including Autumn Cohen-Stanbury. The previous Management Company for Leasehold Properties 12/11b Bathwick Street, Bath was moribund at best and we received the minimum of contact prior to 2019/20. Sarah carefully re-negotiated aspects of the contracts and her great strength is that we are always immediately informed of issues regarding finances, decoration, upkeep and renovation.Consultation is first-class. She is thorough and the team are courteous and understanding - a revelation after recent years. Based in central Bath ( as is the property) issues are quickly attended to. Highly commended!

Sarah and the team at Bath Leasehold took over from our frankly awful previous management company just over 6 months ago now. The difference compared to previous management companies we've used is night and day. They are incredibly attentive, with excellent communication skills. We interviewed several management companies before deciding on Bath Leasehold. They are conveniently located off Queen’s Square and our building consists of 5 apartments, some owner occupied and others sub-let. Sarah and particularly Autumn are very quick to respond, even surprising me with replies to emails in the evenings or weekends, and their knowledge and contacts with contractors is very valuable. We have been particularly pleased with their suggested roofing firm, as out sort of central Bath Georgian house constantly has problems with roof leaks. It had taken the pressure off me who ran the building for 8 years or more, and their knowledge is much more up to date! I recommend this company.
