I first discovered Appoint Recruitment through a simple google search; little did I know this simple act would lead to where I am sat today, 5 months later. The team was so welcoming, professional and interested in finding me a position that was tailored to my skill set, ambitions, experience, and preferences. I felt listened to, supported and confident that I had chosen the right agency to work with. Whilst primarily looking for a full-time position, I was encouraged to join the Temporary Division too since I was at the time unemployed and able to start straight away. My first initial one-week placement with a local Architecture company turned out to be a superb fit, my employment was extended and I just recently was given a fixed term contract. I couldn’t be more grateful for the continuous support, encouragement, and resources Appoint have provided. They would In the future be my first port of call and I have already recommended them to other friends and ex-colleagues! Appoint have gone above and beyond when helping me find temporary work! Unlike most other recruitment companies, Appoint genuinely care about finding you work which you will enjoy. They do their best to provide you with work which they know you have an interest in and they don't put any pressure on you to take an offer for a job that you don't want. Appoint have found me temporary and permanent positions. They are miles ahead of all the other recruitment agencies in and around Bath, I have had communication with both Helen and Karen and both are incredibly friendly and professional but most importantly take a genuine interest in you career. Appoint was the first recruitment agency I approached when I moved to Bath. The service, advice and support I have received from day one has been brilliant!
