Josh and his crew from Thomas Firbank Removals Ltd in Bath were fantastic. They were polite, respectful and careful with our belongings. This was the ‘least’ stressful move we’ve ever experienced so thank you!

Very efficient, polite and friendly service. Arrived on time, checked what was needed and wrapped my sofa and chairs well. Covered stair carpet and used mat to protect floor. Worked hard and were very obliging. Not only can I recommend them, but will be using them again to move from storage units to house. Thank you

Mike, Brad & Lewis were an amazing crew to help with our move and worth every penny and then some! We had a pretty stressful build up to moving and when these arrived, all the stress just disappeared... they made everything so easy and we couldn't thank them enough for how relaxed they made us feel on what should've been a tough day. I had a hand injury at the time and they not only deconstructed our furniture at the old place and reconstructed it at the new place, they also made sure we didn't need to lift anything. We expected them to be only available to us for a few hours but when they told us we had them all day as necessary, the pressure just dropped. Honestly can't thank them enough - when we next move, we want these guys again!

Very happy with our removal experience with Thomas Firbank. They arrived promptly, only needed a little look around to plan and then got on with it. Two packed everything in the van carefully while one disassembled two beds. At the other end there were no issues with getting everything in the new house. All staff very polite and efficient. Would absolutely recommend.

The team from Thomas Firbank Removals did an exceptional job, even getting the sofa in over the balcony when it wouldn't go up the stairs. They were professional and cheerful throughout the move. I would definitely recommend them and would book with them again.
