Always friendly staff, both in helping point out the right skips but also a lift for heavy items and old people. Prior booking should stay forever. It's great booking a time slot, turn up with no more than a 5 minute wait. Nice wide bay with room to stop others crashing their car door into yours.

It was better when there was a guy booking you in at the gate, I can see this tip head slipping back to waiting for ages to get in, you don't get much assistance from the staff anymore, they just seem to hover, and not do a great deal

Helpful staff and assist each and everyone as much as they can. It’s a non stop job for them so not every can be accommodated at the same time. Just a bit patience will help them too.
