I have just had an alarm fixed by jordan from bw-tech. if i say that i have never ever before met any professional person as good as jordan then you will understand what i am talking about. it was a great pleasure to have met this young man, watched him work and listened to his explanations of what he has done. he is undoubtedly an expert in his field, with immaculate manners, extremely honest, genuine, very efficient, punctual, and expedient in his work. i wish i could say the same for all the other tradesmen i have employed in the past. well done jordan, keep the standards up for others to learn from you.

Jordan took care of our intercom problems in our small office building by assessing and repairing it during normal work hours and returning to finalize repairs during off hours while our busiest tenants were away. we really appreciate bw-tech going the extra mile and living up to their core values.

When i met jordan i asked him what he did, he summed it up by saying "anything that has a plug on it", then handed me his business card. i was about to buy a new tv at the time and he gave me some great advice. following on from this he installed a backup system for my work. jordan has always been extremely helpful with any technical query i have had whether it is it or hardware related. he has a very in depth knowledge of today's technology and puts to it good use.

Jordan saved our weekend in bath when our alarm system started beeping for no apparent reason. he called in on his way home to fix the problem even though we are not existing customers. he is friendly and professional and gives an excellent service at a fair price. highly recommended!
