Fantastic service. the engineer was friendly and courteous and carried out a successful piece of work on our house. the engineer has visited our house a number of times over the years and has always been very professional in his approach.

Bws are so user-friendly. the contractors whip round the house so quickly you can't believe they've done it, then there's the report showing all the little things that were ok or needed tweak. don't even drink a cup of coffee. i'm so glad i've been with them this long. excellent all round service.

Bws have provided me with great service for many years, upgrading and servicing my alarm system. they have been flexible with servicing dates and charge reasonable costs, always explaining what they are doing and why. highly recommended.

Amazing company, very helpful staff and fantastic service. had an issue with our alarm during the storms and these guys were fantastic. our alarm is dead but thanks to their very helpful engineer we are not only quiet again but he produced a quote to upgrade the system to a new wireless alarm the same day
