Mason was so helpful and friendly. He directed me to the face masks, talked me through and we found one that was perfect for my skin and smells amazing. He even found me some other products which I was curious about and told me all about them- very knowledgable and charismatic human!! Thanks so much!

Just had a Hard Days Night treatment with the lovely Jordan! It was exactly what I needed, and I've come away feeling so refreshed and renewed! The Fresh Facial at the Bath Spa was perfection, the best facial I’ve ever had! Jordan was so lovely - kind, welcoming, and an excellent therapist. We had so much fun choosing products. I was quite frazzled after several weeks spent travelling, but left on cloud 9. Everyone commented on how much I was glowing and how soft my skin is. The spa itself feels calm and friendly. There were many inclusive and thoughtful touches throughout, from asking pronouns, the provision of sanitary products in the bathroom, and treatment tables wide enough for a plus sized person. I feel like anyone could go there and have a wonderful, uplifting experience. Thank you, Jordan!
