Began shopping with John Moore last year when my son changed schools. Very helpful staff especially for school uniform and sports kit. The best bit is you can shop online and have it delivered locally for free.

John Moores always go above and beyond for what their customer needs. I’ve been getting my rackets restrung here for the last 2 years and each time they have been perfect and done in time without fail. The team are always so accommodating and helpful. For example on a couple of occasions I’ve needed the racket back next day/same day for a match and they have been able to accommodate this. The loyalty scheme is also the best I’ve seen in Bath. Go check them out if you haven’t already!
