Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all the questions i had about the trainers and the difference between the styles etc. there is a treadmill in the store so you can try before you buy.
Jamie in the bath branch was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful when i visited for a gait test. he helped to confirm the cause of my foot and leg pain. he listened, he understood, he advised and he was very generous with his time. i will definitely be returning.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. they keep wide fit shoes on stock which i was after. it seems after so many years of struggle, i managed to find my perfect pair of running shoes thanks to the help of the staff. i'm so glad i've found this store!!
