VEEZU BATH

Pre-booked a day ahead for a wedding. They did not turn up because they were "busy" - precisely why I booked! I was not the only wedding guest this happened to. Thankfully there were plenty of uber drivers who were willing to fill the gaps left by V cars, so use them instead.

We used this taxi service today. The taxi arrived 30 mins late but got us to where we needed to be. Calling for a pick up in evening we waited 40 mins to then be told all there drivers are refusing to do the job after waiting in the rain with a baby. The customer service was a don't care attitude and very unprofessional. Due to this we used an uber. Cheaper and reliable and friendly

Great service and price! Booked a day in advance for an appointment which was super easy to do via phone. Spoke with Terri who was lovely. Driver arrived a couple of minutes early and was friendly. The car was clean and tidy. Arrived safe and sound with no stress and great price. Thank you.

Wonderful service in both directions. Very pleasant drivers (one woman, one Rumanian), very reasonable charge, dealt with an misunderstanding with a minimum of fuss, good communication by phone and text. Very satisfied! Thank you!
