My trip to japan was quite complex - four hotels over three weeks - and i changed my mind at least three times - but despite this jazmin remembered the dates and details of my trip even better than me. she seemed genuinely interested and excited to be able to help. exceptional service.

Just booked a 2 week holiday to turkey through tui, bath, alice was so polite and nothing was too much trouble, it made the bookings easy and stress free. i was booking for family as well and alice explained the easiest way to do it, so full credit to alice, she's a credit to your industry, everyone's happy and now looking forward to the holiday. thanks again. regards andy
