My trip to Japan was quite complex - four hotels over three weeks - and I changed my mind at least three times - but despite this Jazmin remembered the dates and details of my trip even better than me. She seemed genuinely interested and excited to be able to help. Exceptional service.

Just booked a 2 week holiday to Turkey through Tui, Bath, Alice was so polite and nothing was too much trouble, it made the bookings easy and stress free. Me and my friend visited the store Thursday morning and had a wonderful experience. We were assisted by the lovely Jazmin who helped us plan an amazing holiday to Walt Disney world Florida for an amazing price ! She made us feel relaxed, welcomed and made us laugh a lot.
