Vets4Pets - Bath

The receptionists are so lovely and are always so welcoming with my little dog Snoop. I have never used a better vets.

Absolutely fantastic service by every member of the team, from the first phone call to the actual appointment. I'm a first time cat parent and everyone was extremely patient and helpful, going out of their way to help me and provide personal experience. The waiting room was clean and well organised and the team were all so lovely and polite. My kitten was extremely at ease and I can't recommend Vets4Pets enough. Thank you!

They don't care about your pet, but they REALLY care about your money. For context, my dog had to be put down lately, I was offered no condolences by this vet and when bringing my other dog in they didn't even care what state she was in when dealing with this loss. I was so angry I left without paying and within seconds I received a call, voicemail and Whatsapp message demanding the money. Just puts it into context really. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent vets would highly recommend to anyone. My cat recently had a very nasty injury to his eye and the outcome is the surgery was amazing the vet did a Excellent job of repairing my cats eye to the extent he has regained normal eyesight and the follow up care was very good. From the beginning to end of treatment the empathy and support given to me as the owner and to my boy was simply the best . Right from reception staff to nurses and vets thank you so much for everything.

My 11 week old puppy managed to get stung by the bee. I took him straight down to the vet as his eyes and mouth suddenly swelled up! They saw him straight away and he's now fine. Great service.
