After an initial positive conversation on what was possible, I got a basic website which I thought would be a starting point but turned out to be it. All attempts to communicate my need for changes to that site or get access to do it myself have so far been either promised and not delivered, or ignored completely. My involvement with this team has been detrimental to my business as I have not had the flexibility to adapt my online offering for the last 6 months.

Working with Pheobe at Local Lemon has been amazing. She is so good at what she does & very efficient. Our website looks great. We wasn’t the easiest people to deal with due to being at work all day / everyday and trying to get our pictures ready for Pheobe to add to the website, but she was very patient and ALWAYS replied to our queries. She completed the site quickly & I can’t recommend working with her enough. She’s great!!
