I worked closely with Chris on the reinvention and redesign of my Leather Chairs of Bath website in 2014. We needed to include complex listings of our chairs and sofas to help potential customers find their way through hundreds of images and products as quickly as possible. Chris successfully lead me through the technical issues, and was happy to explain things to an enthusiastic layman as many times as necessary ! I receive many compliments from my customers who enjoy returning to the LCB website to catch up with what we are doing, new stock etc and Chris's back-up service since the launch has been excellent.

As a brand-new hotel, we hired Tall Hat Design to create and establish the website for Farmhouse Catskills, a Boutique Hotel & Resort located in New York, USA. We dealt with Chris, who understood very well the hotel’s audience and how to target them accurately with the look, feel and ethos of the website and its architecture. Many of the features of the website are new to the industry, and Chris had inventive ways to fit the Website design intent to the actual back end architecture and of course the overall aesthetic of a boutique hotels website. Although Chris was remote from the product (New York - Bath) you would never know it - he was very easy to communicate with and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a smaller group, that is very important to us. We have very quickly grown a substantial web presence and the hotel website has operated perfectly since its launch.
