Great place to go for an hour or so's walk. Friendly walkers and dogs. The Hall is worth a visit. Not expensive to go in. Cafes and free toilets at both car parks. Gift shop near the hall. Children's play area by bottom car park. …

Lovely Manor house, with a nice bit of, English Civil War, history. It has a cafe, the hot pork and stuffing rolls were lovely and all the people working there were friendly and approachable. Also a great place to walk with your dog, loads of footpaths, but some steep hills. And........... Its free 😊 …

I visited today with 5 children, during the summer holidays. It was very busy, but managed to get parked in the overflow carpark. This is not wheelchair friendly but the other two car parks are. …
