Great atmosphere, took 2 children had 2 small brunches, 1 pizza, 3 cokes & 2 beers £23, bargain for a afternoon out.
Traditional yorkshire pub. it has seats, serves beer and has a fire. also a telly with sport on it. if you want to chat, chat. if you want to be left alone, don't chat. good service from an honest, hard-working bunch of people.
This was a gripping pub to visit, with a stone based design taking one back in time! the counter is well presented, staff were friendly and the curtains add to the setting. i enjoyed a cheap pint of guinness, sitting comfortably at a clean table!
