Very friendly staff and easy to go about
As a newcomer. i found the immediate reception to be friendly and helpful, as it can be daunting to find your way in a new circumstances. the layout is well organised and all staff were helpful, even when i dumped the waste in the wrong place. worth the thirty pounds for otherwise useless items.
All the staff are great onsite, rosie on reception is very kind and incredibly helpful. thank you, for being you!
